Returns are gladly accepted for 7 days from the date of receiving.
Please call or email us as soon as possible so that we may issue you an RMA number for your return.
- All returned items must be repacked and returned in their original boxed protection to insure proper, unbroken returns for credit. Returned packages received back at our facility that are broken due to insufficient return packaging will not be credited. Packages being returned must be insured by you for your protection.
- A 30% inspection, re-boxing and re-stocking fee is applied against all returned items because of the excessive contents and bulk, time and space.
- For all returns, the client is responsible for payment of the original and return shipping costs.
- We understand if you're just not happy with a product, hey it happens. In most cases we may be able to offer you alternatives or exchange a product (standard shipping costs apply) ~ we promise to be reasonable so please give us a call and we'll discuss it.Home
What if my mannequin arrives damaged?
- Our shipping department does a 100% inspection of each package before it leaves the warehouse. Unfortunately on occasion, mannequins do arrive to their destination damaged in transportation. We encourage the buyer to take pictures of the damage and email them over to us immediately (firstname.lastname@example.org) so that we may file a claim with UPS; photos are required for us to do this. It is generally noted that ownership transfers to the buyer as soon as the order leaves the factory, so please take the time to inspect your package(s) before the carrier leaves.
Even though packages seem to be unharmed it is still possible that the contents inside are damaged because of improper handling.
If after several days you find an item damaged, please save all packaging - the customer is responsible for initiating and processing late claims directly with the carrier to get them to cover the cost of repair or replacement. Please report any damage or shortage within 4 days to one week; failure to do so will invalidate your claim.

We will not ship to a P.O. Box so we do need a street address as a place of shipment.
