How do I maintain my new mannequin?
We recommend cleaning the surface of your "Silent Salesperson" (or body form) with a non-abrasive toothpaste, water and a soft cloth.
With constant use of a fiberglass mannequin, the paint tends to chip and/or surface scratches sometimes appear. We like to use "Plaster of Paris" to patch our fiberglass mannequins along with a matching paint that you can get at almost any craft supply store.
The key however, is to take precious care of your investment by storing your mannequin in a secure box with padding and by using a cart to transport the form from perhaps the storage room to the sales floor, to avoid any stress on the mannequin form.
Are the mannequins movable?
You can adjust the arms up or down from the shoulder but in rare cases they may require support to stay in that position. The arms and legs have a solid frame and don't bend unless otherwise described.
Do the mannequins come with stands and calf rods for support?
Yes, unless they are sitting or otherwise noted in the listing, they do not need a stand. Most of our standing models come with two (2) rods; the calf rod and the foot rod mount for a wider variety in displaying your investment.
Do you have a catalog?
We don't publish a print catalog at this time.
Do you offer Custom Mannequin manufacturing?
No, not at this time. You may however contact us with your requirements and we can try to get you a quote from one of the manufacturers that may be able to cater to your needs.
How long will my order take to ship?
It generally takes 24 to 48 hours to process your order before it ships. Depending on your shipping address, it can take between 5 to 7 days to reach you with ground shipping.
Where will my order be shipped from?
Most of our mannequins and forms are imported from China then shipped from one of our warehouses - in New Jersey, Georgia or California.
What if the items are not in stock when I order?
If your order is out of stock we will let you know what the estimated waiting time will be via email so please make sure you check your Spam folder after you place your order if you do not see an eBiz Displays Order Confirmation. You are welcome to check the availability of any item by emailing us at: info@ebizdisplays.com. Please include the item name in your email.

What if my mannequin arrives damaged?
- Our shipping departments do a 100% inspection of each package before it leaves the warehouse. Unfortunately on occasion, mannequins do arrive to their destination damaged in transportation. It is generally noted that ownership transfers to the buyer as soon as the order leaves the factory, so please take the time to inspect your package(s) before the carrier leaves.

Is your website secure?
Absolutely! When you finalize an order on our site you're taken to our Shopping Cart pages on a very secure website at Yahoo!Shopping. All personal information that you send and receive is encrypted when you click on an action (like Send or Submit).
Any personal information that you provide is held in the strictest of confidence. We will not share your e-mail address when you contact us, nor any of the personally identifiable information you include in any order or form that you send us. We will not send you unsolicited e-mails. We will only contact you if necessary or as a courtesy to provide you with information concerning your order or about the products that you ordered.
Why isn't my country listed on your checkout page?
We would love to ship everywhere and to everyone, however as a small company and with limited resources, we feel compelled to restrict our service area to only use services that we can confidently support.
To ship outside the U.S. and Canada: It has become just too expensive and too risky - the credit card companies will not verify the billing information on international orders.
To ship everywhere by UPS: The cost is prohibitive outside the contiguous U.S.. Also, we cannot ship to Army and Fleet Post Offices (APO and FPO), nor to Post Office Boxes.
